Management Team

Mr Raujesh Agarrwal has been holding the post of Managing Director of the Company for past 12 years. In this role he has been leading the company with a singular focus on animal health. He has 22 years of business experience right from raw materials to finished products. With him at the helm, ALS has grown manifold over the last 10 years.

He holds a bachelor degree in Commerce from Mumbai University and an MBA from SP Jain College of Management.

With 25 years extensive experience with leading Indian Pharma organizations and Multinational Pharma Companies, Mr.Yadava functions as an independent advisor to ALS. He specializes in the areas of integrated Supply Chain and Sourcing for Pharma, Animal Health and Agro Chemicals. He is a Promoter & Director of Medium and Small Scale Private Limited Companies engaged in manufacturing bulk drugs and Pharma Effervescent Formulation.

Mr. V R Kedia has a B. Com (Hons) from University of Mumbai and Fellow member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He has thirteen years of rich experience of holding senior positions in Finance and Costing Departments of various large scale Organizations such as Voltas Limited, Century Spinning & Mfg. Co. Ltd., MSTC Ltd. Etc. and has been practicing for last 30 years in the areas of Management Consultancy, Finance & Cost Consultancy, Cost Audit etc.

He was Chairman of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India- Western Region and a visiting faculty to the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and the Central Excise training Institute, Mumbai.

Mr. Parimal Merchant is a Commerce and Law graduate from Mumbai University and holds the position of Director in SP Jain School of Global management. He is also an adviser to the Asian Institute of Family Managed Business and has been engaged for nearly 30 yrs in consulting with 100 companies – both SME’s as well as large corporates.
